THE LAUNDRY ROOM

I dream of laundry rooms that look like this:

and this:

Alas, I can't even reach the shelves in my laundry closet.

I use a small, collapsable step stool to reach the top shelves because, besides the shelves being too high, I'm also 5'2" on a good day. To make this space useable, I added storage boxes for light bulbs, sewing supplies, candles, and other miscellaneous home items. For more and much needed storage space, I added hanging baskets for my iron, steam brush, my trusty Swiffer duster, duster refills, and first aid kit.

But it's my latest organizer purchase that has me delighted and satisfied. It's supposed to be a hanging storage contraption for the pantry. Supposed to be.

From Bed Bath & Beyond
Now I can finally stash my laundry detergent somewhere besides on top of the dryer. I can reach my stain removers, my air fresheners, softeners, and bleach. For this wife, it makes for more comfortable and convenient living.

WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO CRUISE

1.
Within a few minutes of being on the cruise ship, I stepped in
a melted chocolate ice cream puddle

2.
Spent too much time in the room trying to top each other's Fruit Ninja scores

3.
Got lost on the cruise ship every single time we left our cabins

4.
Won a free cocktail token!
Then lost it

5.
Compared our cruise boat with the others,
and found it severely lacking
(Far left)

6.
Gawked openly when we saw this on the Disney Dream cruise ship:

The Lion King playing on a massive big screen

And a super awesome water slide

Bitter jealousy ensued

7.
After watching The Lion King from our raft,
played a round of miniature golf in 25mph winds

8.
Attempted communication with the Tree of Souls

9.
Blew corned beef hash out my nostrils

10.
Let loose my food photography skills

11.
And my cleanliness instinct

12.
Teleported to an alternate dimension

No! Hubby! Get away from there!

Run! It's going to get you!

Aaaagh!

End.
